Imagine your child paddling a canoe in quiet blue waters edged with bright green grass, exploring nature from a whole new perspective.  Junior Rangers are immersed in a natural setting, participating in fun and educational activities and games.  As a Junior Ranger, your child will canoe, learn to use a map and compass, observe wildlife, and even camp out in the park!

The age group for Junior Ranger camp are for kids ages 8 - 14.

Teamwork Day
Team building challenge activities, games and a camp-wide ranger relay.

Nature Day
The natural classroom including botany and ecology.

Adventure Day
Adventure camp including canoeing

Conservation Day
Conservation and restoration.  Make your mark on the park.  Restore trails and build habitats for wildlife.

Rangers Night Out
Culminating activites bring together the weeks activities with games and prizes.  Includes BBQ, night hike and breakfast in the morning.



COST

The cost for Junior Ranger Camp is $200 per child.
