Park Rules

Park Rules for Buccaneer Bay Waterpark: Inclement weather may affect park operations.  It is recommended that you call the park on days with unfavorable weather for any possible changes. Tickets are not refundable. Pets are not permitted inside the park with the exception of service dogs. To help protect the spring, the environment, and the comfort of others, the beach area at Buccaneer Bay is a smoke free environment.  Smoking is permitted in outdoor designated areas only. The ticket window closes 30 minutes prior to the park closing. Water slides close 15 minutes prior to park closing. Guests must be at least 42 inches tall to ride Pirate's Revenge and the Thunderbolt flumes and 48 inches tall to ride the Cannonball and Pirate's Plunge flumes. Radios and boom boxes are not permitted. Appropiate swimwear is required.  Buccaneer Bay reserves the right to refuse admittance for inappropriate or offensive attire. For your protection, park rules in 62D-2 F.A.C. are enforced. Buccaneer Bay is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
